Slammin’ AIDS III: Learn>Teach>Live!

What: Slammin’ AIDS III: Learn>Teach> Live! A fun filled day of poetry, spoken word, theater, visual art, speakers, film, peer discussion groups, health information and testing on HIV/AIDS. The day will also include live DJs, an open mic, awards, discussions, food, and door prizes.

When: Saturday, August 9, 2003, 9:30 AM – 5 PM.  Registration, including light breakfast begins 9:30 AM. Day ends with a hip-hop reception at 5 PM.

Where: African American Art & Culture Complex, 762 Fulton Street (at Webster), San Francisco

Admission: Free

This event is for youth (14-26 years), their friends, families and volunteers.
